Light can be deliberate in Architecture. Form, materials, and spatial layout are orchestrated together to construct light into a space creating atmospheric interiors. Those built interiors; however, cast unintended patterns on the exterior canvas. The unanticipated variance in adjacency, height, material, daytime, weather and the presence of the photographer heightens the rarity and beauty of the captured moment.

This is an ongoing project where I explore cities through their ephemeral footprints of their built environment.
