Inclusion and exclusion lie at the heart of architectural practice. It manifests in forms of boundary lines that dictate the flow of people, culture, resources, capital, and power. This project takes Chicago as a field study to uncover the many ways a boundary is formed in spaces bringing to attention the stark and sometimes blurry difference between both sides of the boundary.
